yes there is go to the dis home top left,click on it then on left side of screen click on discussing forum. then look on left side for first time visitors in that box,look for abbreviations thats it click and that should help a little. i know there is a better way to explain it. maybe someone could make it easier for you i hope. have fun and welcome!
