What and where is King Triton's Garden?

I've seen it mentioned here a few times, but can't seem to find any info on allears about it.

Is it an Ariel meet-and-greet type thing? If so, does anyone know the hours?

It's next to the Astro Orbitor. Ariel is out there sometimes. Sorry...don't know the exact times.

It's near the Astro Orbitor and behind the Buzz Lightyear building going towards FL..

If you get a character times guide at the front turnstiles it should give you a times when Ariel will be there in her little clam shell..
