What Airport in Ca? Transfer ?

It's been many years since I've been to DL, and back then I was driving, so sorry so stupid, but which airport do you fly into for DL? LAX? And how would you transfer to Disneyland Hotel? Do they have a shuttle or Magical Express like WDW? Thanks!

I've flown into both LAX and Orange County (SNA) I prefer SNA simply because its a smaller, quieter airport and its closer to Disneyland. If there is a huge price difference I will fly into LAX, but it not my first choice.

I usually use Super Shuttle, but I know there are other options too.

I fly into SNA as well it's closest to the parks and just easier in general. Disneyland has a resort bus http://graylineanaheim.com/airport_info.cfm but it is not free like disney world. Usually I take a taxi but super shuttle is another option as well.

The other "nearby" airport is the Long Beach Airport. You might want to check on that, Orange County (the closest), LAX, and Ontario to see which one gives you a better deal. SuperShuttle services all of them, and the Disneyland Resort Express services Orange County, LAX, and Ontario.

For convenience we will be flying into LAX...no plane change in PHX and we get there two hours before the park opens. We will use SNA to leave because it is easier to get to than returning to LAX. Looks like rental car versus shuttle is pretty much a wash. Last time we had a rental car for like $7/day from Thrifty directly. As convenient as it was, it sat in the parking lot of the hotel our whole stay. Just put in 1 gallon of gas before I turned it it.

When I went to DL I flew into LAX and took a shuttle which I had to pay for. Mind you this was years ago.
