What ages for KIDCOT?

Is this geared more for the preschool crowd or older kids? I'm thinking about purchasing the KIDCOT passports, but want to make sure they will be right for my 7 year old and 10 year old boys.

Any age is a good age for the KIDCOT stations. You kids love making the masks, older kids can enjoy getting passports stamped and interacting with the Cast Members.

Our oldest is 8 and she had a great time getting her passport stamped.

My boys did this last March. They were ages 5 & 7 at the time. They made the masks since it was their first time doing it and they really enjoyed going to every country to get the "charm" added to the masks. Maybe take your boys to the country you're going to start in, let them see the masks and maybe they can decide for themselves? They might like it more than you think they will. My boys still love looking at the masks and remembering all the countries they visited to get the charms.

I'm 24 and did the passport it was really cute! There was an older lady(50s?) who was having her passport stamped too. She commented about all the kids doing these things, but no adults. I told her, "When you're at Disney you're allowed to do kid things!" I even have a special Brazil entry. I think the passports are definatly worth doing once. The masks are free, so why not do those for sure if the kids want to?

My twins were nearly 7 on our last trip and made the masks again (loved it the 1st time in 2004) and also the Kidcot lanyards from Future World. This time they talked more with each CM at the different countries and had them write messages or their name in their language. We challenged them beforehand saying if they were missing a week of school they had to "learn" something! Nisrine (Morocco), Madoka (Japan, great little artist!) and Luc (France) were their favorites!
