I checked the weather forecast for next week and it looks like orlando is getting some much needed
rain. However as we are tent camping I'm wondering what everyone does in the rain. Go to the parks anyway? I know there is no nightly movie in the rain. I guess I'm just nervous because we planned to be outside soo much of the week, and now I'm thinking we'll be soaking wet all week!
Any ideas?

Jenn, I would make sure your tent is thoroughly water-proofed! DS & I went tenting in April during Spring Break. April is one of the driest months in FL. I did not want to be in a tent in HOT weather or WET weather! Take rain ponchos for everyone. There is still a lot of stuff you can do that's indoors. Last year when we were there (ASMu) it rained long and hard all week. My DSs went to DQ and I went shopping at DD. What else are you going to do????

True. But on rainy nights they have entertainment and a sing-along on the porch at the trading post.

As for the parks, most people go anyway. Take ponchos, or buy Disney ponchos in the parks.

Or some type of tarp so that you can be outside of your tent and have some cover when it rains.

As far as the parks, most everything except Test Track stays open even in the worst downpours, just wear some rain gear and keep going.

The crowds will be minimal as the locals stay home when its wet.
