What about a trip to DisneyLand?(Bringing out our Inner Child °O° December 3-7 '09)

Morning !! How is the neck today ??? You need to go and get a massage !

How is everyone else this fine Sunday morning ??? It is warm and muggy here but no rain until later today. Oh well .... back to rearranging my house. So day I will actually be happy and start painting !!

Much better today, thanks! A massage sounds good and there's a place near where I live that is a salon for men and I went there several months ago and had a full body massage. That was great. Need to do that again.

I have to work from home for most of the day, though. :surfweb:

But, I can still get my :laundy: done...and I guess I have to fold and put it away myself. *sigh*

I'd have to do it after work since I work about half an hour away...that's how I did it before. :)

Perhaps after the Disney trip.:thumbsup2

How's everyone doin' this fine morning? Here, the local forecast is for yet another 101F sunny day. Fortunately, stays in the 70's until about 10 a.m. I've got a little time to enjoy some outdoor activities.

Tentatively will be returning to DLR during early-mid December 2009 for a week long visit in part to celebrate my retirement.:yay: While there, hope to meetup with a fellow Diser or 2, maybe enjoy some sinful Monte Cristo sandwiches at Café Orleans.pirate:

Maybe when we come to pick you up, we can plan a spa day before we continue on to Atlanta !!!

I have 2 loads of laundry left and I am FINALLY all caught up. I hang it all outside so when it rains it puts a real damper on the drying process.

And I have to go and buy new pants for my new P/T job (a place to create and adopt your own teddy bears - if you know what I mean :thumbsup2 ) and then continue moving furniture around. :headache: :woohoo: :headache:
See everyone later on !!!!!! Have a great Sunday !

what are your tentative dates that you are looking at in early-mid Dec?

FYI Mousefest at WDW is December 10-14th 2009 and being unsure of dates at the moment for this DL trip... it may be at same time (for those who love to be at Mousefest :) )

I am all about the Cheese Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans!!! YUM!! DO they have the all cheese version at WDW too? I just love it, it's more like a dessert than dinner!! Carnation Cafe is the best for lunch though!!!

I'm sure Joe Black would be happy to give KYDerby a massage...I mean he does keep offering them to me and Matty!! :lmao:

MMM Monte Cristos. Whoever decided to fill a sandwich with cheese, deep fry it, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve it with raspberry sauce was a FREAKING genius!!

I have to confess I have never had one  but will when I go out to DL

I have only had the ones at Blue Bayou and they also put in turkey and ham, though I ask them to leave the ham out. But what really gets me is the sandwich is huge and very filling, yet they also serve it with a salad AND scalloped potatoes...at lunchtime. It is enormous. I usually just eat the sandwich and wish they would offer an ala carte version.

I prefer the cute girls at this place but that head/neck ache last night?
I wouldn't have cared who was doing it! ;-)

One reason I need to limit my visits to DLR, those ever so delicious Monte Cristo high cholesterol diabetes heart attacks on a plate. But they taste sooooo good!:lovestruc

Yes, the one at Cafe Orleans is a la carte!!! And the plain cheese one is soooo good. It uses some cheeses I wouldn't normally eat, but together they are just plain yummy!!
