today being the Sunday after Labor Day........it is the annual toys for tots run .......it is from all the motorcyclists all over......thousands and thousands of toys are collected each year by these people ....they bring it to the state house and each Governor(from that term) meets them and helps load the trucks up......they go by our area and we can hear the noises from the motorcycles ........what a wonderful noise and what a wonderful group of people......

The one in our neck of the woods is coming next month. We live right on one of the main drags that the ride passes. DS loves to stand at the top of the driveway and wave to all the bikes. We usually have a toy that one of the last bikes in line will stop and grab.

the run was wayyyyyyyylayeeeeed to the Winsar Fairground because there were to many coming to maine..........and also bad news.......a bad accident in Winthrop Monmouth area and some of the motorcycle riders were airlifted to the hospital in my town........very very sad..another helicopter took them to another hospital and some came by ambulance..........hope and pray that they are okey.......they are doing this for children and then an accident happens
