I called again this morning to see if I had a pin. The CM said, "I see (pause), no I don't see anything." I told him he got my hopes up when he said I see and pause, he laughed and said sorry. Arggg. Maybe next time will be my lucky day for real

At least he was trying to be funny (or at least I hope so). When I called to ask, the woman was so abrupt, saying if you didn't get one you don't have one then practically hung up on me. I was so surprised. I've always had very kind, friendly CMs on the phone. Now I just keep checking my e-mail. Good luck to you!
