That reminds me of when my dad kept making me plug two ends of christmas lights together and everytime I did it, it would shock me. I kept telling him it was shocking me and he kept saying "No it isn't...just plug them in!". He grabbed them from me and then realized I *WAS* being shocked. I swear I grew up with the dad from A Christmas Story.
