Woo Hoo!! :banana::banana:

You got great rates!! Southwest hasn't updated what the next ticket window will be... I'm anxious to see when Julie/mousescrapper can buy her Thanksgiving trip tickets & how much closer I'll be to buying tickets for our February trip.

:goodvibes Excellent! :goodvibes

Kathy

Thanks everyone!! I was so happy to get that over with. Southwest also put on their website when the next airfare dates would be released:

"On June 10, we will open our schedule for sale through January 7, 2011. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently."

Woo hoo this is Bill's birthday. I told Bill and he said "I guess I know what I am going to be getting for my birthday" :rotfl:.

Airfare is BOOKED!!!

Airfare was $82 from St. Louis to MCO, $79 MCO to St. Louis, I am so happy to have this part of the trip taken care of.

Nice!

So jealous that airfare is that cheap.

I just have to tell you, Terry and Bill had me rolling last night... :rotfl2:

Everytime a new text would come in I would start laughing before I even read it just thinking about the previous ones...

I think they will get along just fine... :goodvibes

We are very happy about the price and we know we are lucky.

Something Disney is mandatory for a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas around here, there aren't any surprises :rotfl:.

We love Ghirardelli’s, we always just plan it as a meal :thumbsup2 My kids love the ice cream for supper...lol

Bill is really looking forward to going there.

We had a blast last night, I was laughing so much.

Enchanted Tickers.... We know there are issues with them today. As soon as that gets corrected they will be back online, we ask for patience. They might go on and offline today. I had so much fun making them and thank everyone that is using them.

Winds in the east, mist coming in,
Like somethin' is brewin' and bout to begin.
Can't put me finger on what lies in store,
But I fear what's to happen all happened before. – Bert from Mary Poppins

We got Resort.change.itis - it hit us out of nowhere.

We were talking about the Ip Dip meet. It seems we have unofficially decided on Bongo’s Café at DTD. We feel it will probably have enough room for all of us (16 and counting) and we won’t feel the need to rush around. After dinner, we are talking about heading over to Jellyrolls on the Boardwalk. For most people that would involve either a cab or a Disney bus, going there then probably taking a cab back to their resort since we will probably be there way past 11pm, the time the DTD busses stop running.

Although some of the Ip Dippers will have kids with them, I wonder if there is any place on the Boardwalk to just hang out? Does anyone know? I bet Jordan could give us some advice.

In our experiences wheelchair accessible cabs in Disney are few and far between and we don’t want the aggravation or worry so we used a handy dandy 40% off code I received and booked the Boardwalk Inn . We are keeping this reservation, I am NOT changing it again. I might modify it when the Annual Passholder discounts come out if it saves us more money.

We are staying there October 21st – October 26th. Southwest had different flight times for October so we ended up with the first flight out , landing around 11am. We should be at the Boardwalk by 12:30pm. The room probably won't be ready so we will head over to the ESPN Club for lunch, then check out the Boardwalk .

Our focus this trip is meeting with Ip Dips and spending as much time at Epcot and DHS as we can since we will be so close. I am really looking forward to this. We have decided on long trips such as December Pop Century is a great value and we do love it. If we stay for a shorter time we will try out new resorts if we have the codes.

So there you have it, my file at Disney keeps getting bigger as I keep changing things around. The reservationist said “you really know what you are talking about, how many times have you been?” I informed him of when the new AP codes might be coming out (historically the end of July), he had no clue and even if he did he couldn’t tell me.

Next installment… Pin lots are for trading not keeping, right?

I am SOOOOO jealous about Boardwalk... That is one of my dream resorts!!! :lovestruc

You wouldn't notice it if I fly out and sleep on your floor right??? :rotfl:

According to Allears.net:

"The rooms are well appointed with either 2 queen beds and a daybed, or a king-size bed and a daybed."

Either way you wouldn't have to sleep on teh floor :thumbsup2.

So happy you guys found some smokin' hot airfares!! Hooray!

and an even bigger hooray for finding a way to stay at the Boardwalk. Sounds like a great move for you 2 given the needs that you have and the fact that most of your time will be spent at the nearest 2 parks!! I love your plan!

Yeah, I think Jordan is the Boardwalk go-to on this one...
