That was absolutely ridiculous. While I totally understand that the VMAs often include controversy and that controversy at the VMAs is considered mainstream, this seems to send a different message. One thing that I know Kanye didn't think about is the overlap in audience for himself and Taylor Swift. All over the internet, many people who were fans of both, have indicated that Kanye is no longer part of their library...I'm willing to bet even Taylor herself has gone that route. Oops.

I agree...at least it shouldn't be "leave your decorum at the door". It really should be a night for all of these talented artists to really show how classy they can be.
