What a Good Day!

I finally submitted my research proposal for Graduate school today and we got another offer on our house! (The first one fell through b/c the buyer couldn't get financing) This time we were offered the full asking price in cash if we'd part with the dining room table so of couse we accepted.

Just wanted to share because I'm so happy

Congratulations! Now the big day will come when you finish that research and present it! When my DH finished his PhD research and successfully defended it, it really felt like the whole world should have stopped for a moment of thunderous applause.
