What a disaster!!

Once again, beautiful pics topdog! Glad to get to see some of Epcot that I haven't had a chance to explore yet. The fish pics were very clear. My family loves the Seas Pavillion; I could spen hours there just watching the marine life in the tanks. I also noticed your monorail clip in your signature when you added it. That is my DS favorite ride! :lmao:

Thank you for another great update and the pictures of MTM....I have been to chicken and have never been on either color!!! :rotfl: Maybe someday....I love everything else though....TOT, etc...something about that confined space just freaks me right out!
Someday you must swim with the dolphins....I did it about 3 years back when I did the Disney Cruise...It was amazing! I paid extra and did the swim not just the meet and greet where we were in the water with them for maybe an hour and a half or 2 hours....At the end of the session we all were able to do the dolphin push where two dolphins came up behind me and put their noses to the bottom of my feet and then pushed me right up and out of the water for several feet!:goodvibes
Take care and still hoping that wallet turns up!!

Your foot is pokey? Tell me you didn't pick up a nail in your paw, TopDog! Or a blister :(

Topdog I just spent the last 3 hours reading your trip report. Your pictures are amazing and I love the one blue castle shot with the clouds. What a shot. I'm hoping you got your wallet back. How about you give us a clue.

I'm hooked now.

Yeah, we got to read more . Still no wallet *sigh*, hopefully it finds its way home. We have not done Mission Space NOR have we done the Nemo/Turtle Talk. The Nemo/Turtle Talk are on our itenerary for our upcoming trip. I think DDs (10 & 8) will love it. Can't wait to read more.
I think your DDs will love the Nemo/Turtle Talk. From what I understand, it's interactive. A lot of fun. Mission Space, well...that's a really tough ride. I love it. DW loves it. You might want to start will less intense version.
How many pics do you think will fit on an 8 gb card? Just curious. I need to get a few cards for the kids' cameras and was thinking about updating mine as well. 2 gb is as big as I've got right now. Thanks for all the help!
8 gb card can hold about 700 pictures on my camera in RAW compress format. If you can and want to shoot RAW, just shoot a few and see how large your RAW files are. Then do a simple math, that's all. It's that easy. If you end up shooting JPG, 8 gb can hold a few thousand pictures.

I wonder how he'd feel if I just suddenly started procrastinating on cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc... Bet my behind would be smokin!!!! :rotfl:

Oh, and I just adore your photos. They practically jump off the screen, they're so clear. You are quite the talent. So sorry you haven't found your wallet yet. I'm guessing the next disaster is your foot? (I know! I'll have to stay tuned, but don't worry, I wouldn't miss the ending of this TR for anything!)
Thank you. I do practice on my photography...A LOT. :)

Thanks. Those fish pics are probably the hardest one to photograph. I can just park my behind in front of the big tank and watch the dolphin swim all day long.
Monorail is also my favorite ride. However, I never got the chance to right on the front. Grrrr...
I am so glad that I found your Trip Report, it is totally AWESOME! You Rock! :rockband:
Glad you like my TR and welcome to join us for the ride.

I thought about Disney Cruise too. Just don't know when I am ready to pull the trigger. I can only imagine how it feel to swim with dolphin. When I was at Sea World a couple of years ago, my DW bought me dinner with Shamu as my birthday present. I swear, I was ready to jump into the tank to swim with Shamu. :scared1:
AN Update YEah!!!!!!!

I can't wait to hear about Coral Reef. We have never been, and I have an ADR for June.

More Please!!
Coral Reef is another great place for food plus more. I wish I can go back there right now.
Your foot is pokey? Tell me you didn't pick up a nail in your paw, TopDog! Or a blister :(
"Nail in my paw." :lmao::lmao: That's a good one.

You can finish this trip report in 3 hours. You must be a fast reader. Anyway, welcome to the ride. So many new readers have been coming out lately. That's fantastic. Glad you like my pictures.
Sorry no clue here...Unless you sent me back for another trip.

Hey Topdog! I should be sleeping, but I had to catch up on your TR. I can't believe it's already Friday and I'm leaving for WDW TOMORROW!! Yikes! I'm so not ready yet - I still have some packing to do!!! I'm going to be so antsy at work tomorrow. I have to run home at 10:10 and print our boarding passes (Southwest)

Anyways, loved the pictures you posted - did you notice that one of the Mission Space pictures you took looks like it has a possible Hidden Mickey? The way the ropes are laid out, it looks like one, even though the ears aren't touching the head. I like Mission Space and have only done orange. Next time you're at Disney you have to make sure to ride in the front of the monorail! It's so awesome! And the CM driving the monorail gives you a license thing saying that you rode in the front (or something like that, it was a cute collectible/memory)

Speaking of the monorail, finding that shirt is on the top of my to do list!!!! The second I get to GF I'm running upstairs to that shop!! LOL

Can't wait for the next installment of your TR ....and....I'll be reading it from WDW!!! YAY!!!!!!! :woohoo:

Have a wonderful trip!!! Say hi to Mickey for me.

I hope you are able to find that shirt. Thank you for the monorail tip. That's a must do next time.

You have time to surf :surfweb: while you are at Disney!! You are a night owl.

Great pics of Epcot! After seeing the seagulls in the Nemo picture, I am now hearing "Mine! Mine!" in my head!!! Is test track too fast/scary for a 5 1/2 year old? She is pretty brave, but we are skipping most "big" thrill rides (EE, ToT, etc)

That's so funny that you should say that because it reminds me of my son. My DSis, DNiece, DMother have those shirts from Epcot with the seagulls, and my DS4 is STILL going around to this day (our trip was in March) going MINE, MINE, MINE! He absolutely insisted having his picture made in front of those birds, too. I think that's my favorite part of the Nemo movie.

Oh, and my DS4 LOVED TT! He sat in the middle between my DF and DM and did just fine. It was his second most favorite ride next to BTMR in MK. Your 5 year old will have fun on this one!

 Hello, cherokeemamma! No, I have not yet seen the youtube video. DH has still not installed DSL :sad2:, but I plan to turn on the computer this weekend, and let it download while I do other chores around the house. In an hour or so, I should be able to watch it! I can't wait, either - you guys have hyped it up so much. I'll post my opinion as soon as I've watched it!

I'm in AL (Hello, Neighbor!), and we're expecting 88 WONDERFUL degrees here today! :cloud9: Too bad I'm stuck at work with no windows to daydream out of. Enjoy your Friday. Happy Spring!!!! :dance3:

I've been enjoying your trip report for two days straight (in between work and kids) and I've just reached the last installment. I can relate to many of the things that have happened to you (left my DD6's carefully packed backpack home 2 trips ago-figured it out in the airport). Your reports are so rich with details that you put the reader right there with you guys....and WDW is definetly the place I want to be! So, I will be :sad:until I have another installment to experience. Please take pity on me and post post post! On...LOVE the pictures....I know DH would be jealous of all that photo equipment. He has a lens kit for his P&S Kodak that he experiments with, but yearns for a "real" camera.

Hi Topdog...I'm still really enjoying your tr, and your amazing photos!!

Since you seem to be a Nikon fan...I'm just wondering if you know anything about the Nikon Coolpix L100? I am researching cameras...and came across this one...that seems to have some decent features.

Thanks so much!!!

Great update! I loved the Mission Space pictures, took me right back there! A pokey foot....that doesn't sound good!

I think a 5 1/2 year old should be fine for Test Track as long as the height restriction has met. Most part of the ride is not that fast. Only the ending part is a bit speedy, that's all.
OK TopDog that was a Great Update...but....
MORE please....popcorn::
Sorry everyone. I have to leave town all day Saturday and I have a guest at home all day Sunday. I will try to get the next update ready as quick as I can.

BTW, it was almost 90 degrees today. Way too warm for me.

Thank you. So glad you like my TR. Yes, I tried to write as detail as possible. That's why it take some time to capture every thing base on my memory. Even so, I probably still missed a few. At the end of the TR, I will post a few side bar on a couple of funny moment I missed in my TR. I will post the next installment as soon as I can. That's nothing wrong with a P&S camera. Get familiar with all the basic mechanical skill first before using a "real" DSLR camera. It makes the transition a whole lot less troublesome.
