What a disappointment regarding QSDP

Was on the phone waiting for a minor reservation change. One of the many little announcements promoted the QSDP as having "2 Qs meals & 2 snacks per night". I thought omg! They changed it back! After hanging up after 45 minutes w/o talking to an agent, I investigate to see how much adding QSDP would be. But it's still listed as 2 meals, 1 snack. I was majorly disappointed that they were inaccurately promoting the plan. One snack isn't much but the false advertising makes it a deal breaker for me!

I noticed that last week while on hold waiting for the Visa discount - I also noticed that it said "Have you heard about our NEW Quick Service plan?" Seems like they might need to update their "on hold" music and info! The last time we got 2 snacks was in 2010!

In 2012 the US plans only included 1 snack, but the UK offer still included 2 snacks.

i know i have to say i do miss the 2 snacks, but we planned our days well and ended up with snack satisfaction!! as long i get my dolewhips and stuffed cheese pretzels, and lemonade slushies, i'm good. my dh and i also split some snacks like that gigantic carrot cake cookie @ writer's stop, good lord!!! oh, and don't waste a snack on the lattes there cause they are tiny!!! get regular coffee or get flavored coffee somewhere else.
