What’s on your Christmas menu?

Here is our NYD turkey about to be carved (DW is putting her broccoli casserole in the oven so I have to exit the kitchen).

And here are the two cheesecakes: pumpkin and a regular New York style. Topping choices include whipped cream, strawberry, chocolate syrup, and M&Ms.

Nobody but me wanted cherry topping so we deferred to strawberry.

PS - also having my homemade smashed potatoes (skins on, parmesan cheese, cloves of garlic, olive oil, butter, milk, s&p). OH so good!

Garlic Biscuits instead of cornbread, but otherwise our standard for NYD. Blackeyed peas, greens, pork (chops this year).
