What’s going on with Disney phone reservation?

its November and they are still advertising for summer 2017. When we went in December a couple years ago I’d call in September and they’d have Halloween advertisements and music and once it hit November they were advertising for the holidays and had holiday music on. There are also so many glitches with the website. Have they changed companies in the past couple of years?

Just curious because Disney is usually very sharp and ahead of the game so to still have advertising for summer is not like them
