What’s for Dinner Tonight?

My street finally got plowed this morning after I called the highway department. Other neighbors had called yesterday!!
You may be thinking how did I go out to eat last night. Well my DH and a few other of my neighbors needed to snowblow a car path. You see a plow came by Tuesday night but plowed half the street just dumping a 6 ft pile of snow in the middle of the road. So they made a path up to that point about 4 houses down. It was truly ridiculous.
The plow driver said to me this morning he thought our street was done a front loader was supposed to come yesterday but that never happened.
So I went grocery shopping today and got my hair done! It was a good day.
I got a rotisserie chicken so we’re having with broccoli.

Egg Drop Soup with Bulgogi dumplings.....and probably a salad

DH picked up takeout on his way back from a jobsite. He brought lobster bisque for us to share, a Rueben sandwich w/ potato salad (for him) & a Cobb salad (for me). He doesn't really like restaurant potato salad, so I'm guessing he mostly chose that for me, as well.

Last night: pork chops with corn.
Tonight: pizza and cheese twists from Lidl.

 

[Neapolitan Ice Cream]

Something simple - a fish cake (cod with potato and a parsely sauce) with chips! And honeycomb ice cream for dessert.
