Meatloaf tonight.

Bought a couple premade meals for my son (and dog sitter) for this week, as I fly down to SWFL to visit with my wife and her mom tomorrow morning, so we’ll probably cook up one of those. Maybe the meatloaf. Early night tonight - have to leave for the airport at 5am tomorrow

It's clean out the fridge night, as we will be leaving at 3:00 am to drive to Orlando. Looks like we're having roasted tomatoes, peppers,, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli with chicken breast, marinara sauce, fresh basil and ricotta cheese.

Well I made it to Geo-82 yesterday. I really thought I would be too exhausted… well I was but I powered thru.
DH had the brown butter old fashioned. He said it was too sweet. I had a margarita. We shared the charcuterie board and the hummus app. Both were delicious!! Highly recommend!

ETA: I was in bed at 7:30!!! Haha
