It’s no bake cheesecake filling, marshmallow fluff and hot cocoa mix plus a little vanilla, all mixed up and spread into a dish. We served it with a variety of things, like strawberries, Nilla wafers and graham crackers.
Not sure about tonight. We used the last of our meat on Tuesday night (and ate it as leftovers last night). So I have to go to Walmart on the way home from work (4th trip to Walmart since Friday, lol). But I only have to buy a few odds and ends to get us through Monday payday then we'll go load up for a full week.
We are volunteering at a community event tonight, starting at 430. So, I am eating dinner now - big bowl of leftover chili (bean and quinoa and veggies), side of buttered saltines. DH will eat when he gets home from work in about an hour - we have chili, concha soup, or salad stuff for him
We had a snow day here today - almost every school district and most colleges closed as well as many businesses - got to love that lake effect snow! So my Thursday turned into a baking day! For dinner we are having homemade salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes and corn.
We’re having the spinach & ricotta ravioli that I was having on Monday but it was too much for just me so I decided on just spaghetti. Having chicken cutlet parm with it.
I'm in the Midwest. I would be MORE than happy to blow ours by you. Hate it. We had coldest and most snow ever for November month. Now Dec is a killer. Cannot wait to leave for Disney in 3 weeks.
Exactly what I do sometimes when Hubby busy or wants favorite leftovers made for him. I run out for my fave soups & Hawaiian or briosche buns. Many times it's Olive Garden Minestrone of which I'm far to lazy to make the older I get. After 61 years of marriage, I'm kinda done cooking. Been there, done that.
