Last night we had a very interesting fried mushroom appetizer (Fried Hen of The Woods Mushroom, Whipped Ricotta & GoatCheese, Sea Salt, Truffle Oil, Saba & Grilled French Bread). Our entree was Crispy Confit of Duck & Garlic Marinated Duck Breast, WiltedKale, Whipped Golden Potatoes, Lentil-Pancetta Vinaigrette, Thyme Jus (menu descriptions).

We picked up original & lemon pepper wings, fries & veggie sticks at Wingstop on our way home earlier today. We'll heat it up sometime this evening.

Our brand new border store is selling krab salad $4.00 a pound and is much better and cheaper than Kroger .... and cheaper than a hamburger though helps there are no fast food chains on our major road

Meatloaf with green beans and au gratin potatoes tonight.

Bought a 1/4 lb of salt and pepper roasted beef from WF and layered it onto butterhead leaves with grape tomatoes and marinated mozzarella balls.
Great for an indoor day.

I made baked Ziti but it was Penne, LOL My first attempt at making it. It turned out pretty good.
