What’s for Dinner Tonight?

DS is back from his weekend getaway, so I'm cooking tonight. Baked ravioli, bagged salad & garlic toast.

Tonight was one of my favorite dinners: I bought DH an Ooni pizza oven a few years ago for Christmas and once or twice a year we do family pizza night. We all have roles:

DS-27 is in charge of maintaining the fire
DH puts the pizzas in and out of the oven and brings them back and forth from the kitchen.
I roll the dough, spread the sauce and add the cheese
DS-29 designs each pizza by using a variety of toppings and condiments. He even gives each one a fancy name.

It's such a fun family tradition and the pizza comes out great!

Today was Sunday funday! We had about 10 friends over. The guys watched football and the ladies hung on the patio. We had so much food! Charcuterie board, buffalo chicken dip, Cesar cups, bruschetta, wings, pizza, kielbasa, rice krispy treats, peanut butter cookies, apples and caramel, and pudding shots.

Broke out the slushie machine for its first run. Super easy to use. My only complaint was I wish it was larger!

tired from cleaning out the garage and putting up the big Skelly so we Door Dashed from a local restaurant:

Beef Kalbi Short Ribs.... Lo Mein.... Dumplings.... Scallion Pancakes... and Sesame Chicken

We watched football so we had a charcuterie board, wings, stuffed knots and I made a batch of gumbo later for dinner.
