I went to the Big E for the past couple years.Farmers market dinner. I bought the bread and mozzarella there. I added garden tomatoes and pesto.

The cool weather is making me want to go to a fair so I checked out the New food at the Big E this year. I don’t go every year but I’m leaning towards going this year.
I’m dreaming about the giant cream puff and a Del’s lemonade.I went to the Big E for the past couple years.

It’s chilly here! (Long Island, NY) I made Cuban sandwiches and Mac and cheese tonight.HotHotHot here! I had a late lunch and I'm on my own for dinner....so maybe a turkey sandwich with avocado! hmmm
Thank you for answering something I'd been wondering about. MH's tomato sauce recipe is great as is, and I didn't know if it could be improved upon. Apparently not -- why mess with perfection? Will keep using the fresh tomatoes (dry farmed!) for pasta with raw sauce. YUM! (And now I'm craving pasta...)*EDIT TO RECIPE* Easier and more cost efficient to use canned tomatoes to make Marcella Hazan’s tomato sauce unless you grow produce yourself and need to use excess. Had to triple tomatoes to get enough for one pound of pasta. Taste not worth it.

That sounds really good!Took some Indonesian chicken soup out the freezer and added rice noodles, some fresh mint and a boiled egg. Already had tons of veggies in it so that was a good thing.
Maybe I’ll sneak a piece of the fruit spoonbread for dessert later on. I’m full right now.
