A healthier version of General Tso’s chicken, steamed rice, veggie stir fry and TJ’s cilantro chicken wontons.





I had never heard of scup, so I looked it up. Sounds good. We'll have to look for it on a menu the next time were up north.We had seabass and scup I caught today while fishing with my parents off the coast of Martha's Vineyard. I breaded and lightly fried it. I served it with instant pot green beans and leftover eggplant rounds.

Well you're most welcome to stop by but considering this is the fourth time I've gone fishing this summer and the first time we actually caught anything large enough to keep (and only 4 total fish at that), I wouldn't go booking a trip quite yet. It ended up being steak, steak fries and beef gravy.Steak and rice I think....
