Tonight....staying in a hotel, so trip to grocery store for water, drinks, dinner stuff and breakfast stuff.

Tonight we are going to DD's for supper. Her DH built them a fire pit so we'll roast hot dogs; I think the sides are beans and salad. She is hoping to make whoopie pies today, but I'll bring s'mores makings, just in case she doesn't get to it.
[Thursday night was american chop suey, Friday night DH and I had Thai food, Saturday we went out between DD's performances; DH and I had steak tips with mashed potatoes and salad, DD had a BLT with fries, although she didn't really eat the fries.]
Trying something new today night. Burrata, corn, and basil ravioli (Trader Joe’s) with a homemade lemon cream sauce, salad, French country bread (Hartford baking company) and homemade strawberry ice cream for dessert.
We had a family cookout to celebrate my 2 DS’s birthdays. Their birthdays are June 3 & 4. DH grilled marinated steak tips, chicken and asparagus. My sister roasted potatoes.
Dessert was cake and ice cream of course. My MIL makes them each their own cake every year. It was a great night!
Hubs and I are exhausted. We ordered Luna Grill. I had a chicken kabob, rice and salad. Also ordered the dip trio, as it’s a fav combo of mine. The garlic feta dip is yum! Saved half of my meal for lunch tomorrow.

After we checked into the hotel, we had to go to the grocery store to get healthy breakfast, lunch & snacks for the room. By the time we did that, it was late & we were too tired to look for a restaurant that had something I could eat. We decided to make something in the room. DH had a turkey & bologna sandwich w/Pringles. I had a turkey sandwich w/whole wheat crackers & hummus.

I don’t know what’s for dinner. I just got home from my Monday job..and hubby is at the grocery store. It’s been a day. Might pour myself a healthy glass of Chardonnay.
Tonight we grilled chicken and I tried a new marinade Mexican pollo asado seasoning (I bought it at Whole Foods) with Parmesan risotto and roasted asparagus.
