All of the cookies look great, LoveDaisy. I’ve been baking away as well. Yesterday, I made S’mores Cookie Bars, Coconut Macaroons(which only use egg whites), and Butter Cookies(which only use egg yolks). They’re my “partner cookies.” I make them on the same day to not waste the eggs.
Since the oven was being used for baking, dinner was Triple Pork Black Bean Chili from
AverieCooks.com. First time making it. It was really tasty.
Today I went over to a friend’s house to bake with her. We knocked out the Big Chocolate Chip cookies, Buckeyes, Peanut Butter Blossoms and some Coconut Macaroons for her.
(Lunch/Dinner was snacking on cheese & crackers and mimosas.
