Had some leftover chicken noodle soup, toast and chamomile tea. Now time to snuggle up next to the fireplace with my pups and watch some brain candy TV.
Y'all...It was SO good!!! I used this recipe from Pioneer Woman, but I cut the peanut butter in half and added shredded rotisserie chicken for protein and to make it more substantial. I thought I might serve some pot stickers with it, but it ended up being really filling, so it was more than enough on it's own. Fortified a Chinese tofu and spinach soup by adding one egg and some roasted broccoli. Made enough for another serving so it’ll make an appearance sometime this week.
