Jimmy John's sandwiches, pasta salad & a red velvet cookie to share. After just trying the tuna sandwich, I hope the pasta salad & cookie are better.

Quoting myself to say we tried the rest. I wouldn't recommend any of it.

Made a roast beef and roasted red pepper sandwich on a pretzel roll with a chopped herb doctored mayo; nice way to use up the fresh herb surplus. Served it with sliced cukes on a bed of carrot slaw.

Tonight will be Spicy Shrimp Casserole.....which is shrimp mixed with salsa verde, corn, cheese, sour cream, cilantro. Topped with crushed tortilla chips

Shrimp ravioli with lobster sauce and everything bagged salad. Vanilla oranges for dessert.

The ravioli and sauce were a kit I bought at Costco. It is the Rana brand (they make fresh pasta). It was pretty good I would buy it again.

I ate the leftovers from last night at 3pm, so I don't think dinner is going to happen for me tonight.

Took a mini quiche Lorraine out of the freezer and remembered the taste of an egg based dish, lol. Served it with a spinach salad on the side with a vinaigrette dressing.

Caprese Salad, Baked Spaghetti, Fettuccine in a cream sauce w/chicken, mushrooms & spinach. White chocolate, raspberry cheesecake to share for dessert.

We couldn't decide on an entree, so we decided to order two & eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Leftovers of cheesy broccoli chicken casserole I made last night. Dubai Chocolates from Costco (if you love pistachio and chocolate, RUN to get these!) then grapes and cheese for dessert (gotta have salty and sweet but also end on something healthy lmao).

Dh made pork chops, beef rice-a-roni and broccoli. Dh loves his rice-a-roni. I can’t really complain. I’m just happy after a long day of working with my, shall we say, energetic Special Ed kids, dinner is being prepared by someone other than me!
I also need a sweet and salty combo. So I had some butter cookies I made earlier in the week and followed that up with some Chex mix a bit later.
