I just finished off my left-over Chinese food. It's been another quiet day here and it's still raining. We've had yucky weather the last two days, so I have just stayed inside. I gotta start packing tomorrow! We leave for Florida a week from tomorrow, so every thing has to be packed by then. I haven't even started! :eek:

I gotta start going through the garage tomorrow. Our car is going to be packed!!

I'm also a little irritated. My brand new hoodie sweatshirt that I got from Fort Wilderness on Thanksgiving literally came apart! I have no clue how! It was expensive and it's brand new! I washed it one time in the gentle cycle and it's all messed up. The string around the hood unraveled and some stitching is comign apart. I gotta call the Disney merchandise people tomorrow. I'm really upset about it because I want my sweatshirt! I don't want to have to buy another one! Oh well, we'll see what happens. It's not my first WDW item to fall apart on me when I got home!

I would call DIsney..i bought a hoodie when i was there last year and after i wore it once, the lettering started to come off..i called and they sent me a new one--also told me to keep the old one sincde they couldnt do anything with it

Pirates, Penguins, and Poppins!

After the fireworks, we made it through the large crowd to Adventureland! I was determined to meet Captain Hook, since some how my Mom and I missed him during MNSSHP when we were dressed in our pirate gear! pirate:

We saw Captain Hook and Smee! The line was pretty long, but it was worth it! Of course, as soon as we got in line, Captain Hook and Smee had to take a break. I guess maybe it was time to shine his hook! :rotfl:

They returned about 10 minutes later and walked out near where we were standing in line. I started saying "Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock," over and over again. :rotfl2:

Captain Hook was looking around and didn't know where it was coming from. He finally made it over to me and gave me the stare down. I was avoiding eye-contact. :lmao:

A man in front of us with his two little girls was cracking up and said, "that was awesome!" :rotfl:

When it was our turn to meet Smee and Captain Hook, I could tell he was still mad at me! :lmao:

I then asked Hook why he was standing here when Peter Pan was right next to him! Captain Hook quickly turned around and began to pretend to sword fight with Peter Pan, who was next us! :rotfl2:

Peter Pan quickly joined in! It was too funny!

We went right next door to meet Wendy and Peter Pan! I was so excited to meet Peter! I am a huge "Peter Pan" fan and I don't mean just the Disney movie. It's my favorite story and play! They were the perfect Wendy and Peter! I asked Wendy if she would like to hold Mickey for the photo and she said she happily obliged! :goodvibes

We made our way back down Main Street because we wanted to see what was going on down there! I also knew Santa Claus was hanging out there and maybe some other special characters!

We saw that Santa had left for the evening! I couldn't believe we had missed him! I also was hoping to run into Santa Goofy, but no sight of him! I realized the Christmas stage show was taking place in front of the Castle and I'm sure Goofy was busy performing at the moment. Then, I saw two penguins strolling along the sidewalk! :eek:

I turned around and saw Marry Poppins! I couldn't believe it, Bert was there too! Bert was so cute! I really liked him and he loved my Christmas' lights necklace! He said he wanted one because it would look great with his shirt! :rotfl:

I must say that this is my favorite character photo ever! We were so lucky to see them all at once! :yay:

That is great to hear! I am really hoping they send me a new one! What information did you have to give them? I don't know if we have the receipt anywhere.

I couldnt find the receipt either..they asked where i was staying, when i was there, what store i bought it at and one what day..she was really helpful!

I keep forgetting that I am even moving! It's such an odd feeling! It's too hard to believe and it hasn't sunk in yet!

Thanks so much! I hope it all runs smoothly too! So much to do! It really has snuck up on me! Luckily, I do have a little over a month to kinda get adjusted. The Boys are super excited! I keep telling Mickey that I'll be decorating the new house with him all over it! He can't wait! :rotfl:

Hi Lindsey - I am still seriously loving your trip report and I get so excited by your moving updates that I feel like it's almost happening to me! Mega-cheesy, I know, but Disney magic is so very powerful! :rotfl2:
