Did you just go for a standard room in the end? I'm sure you'll love it, it is just so handy & that is very important when you have small children.

Thanks I can't believe making a decision just about where we stay has taken us so much time

Karen - thanks for that - I think this time the location overrides the rest and yes, we didn't take out a second mortgage and go for a suite or CC - just a standard room but as we have two rooms (M&D have their own) we thought it would work OK if the kiddies are asleep or anything. (We've asked for connecting rooms by email and if I don't hear anything by Wed I'll give the hotel a call)... I'm sure we will try the Marriott out in the future particularly if there is just the two of us with the children as it gives us more scope. Thanks for all your help on that one too.
