If you mean at WDW I use both. The wipes work better for cleaning up sticky hands and other objects and making sure tables are clean at counter service places. I use the sanitizer if I just want to clean my hands for germs. The thing about the hand stuff is it doesn't get sticky stuff off if your kids get ice cream or pop all over them. The travel size in both makes them easy to throw in your bag and take with you.
