Wet bathing suits

Okay, this might be a really silly question, but how do you deal with your wet swim things after a dip in the pool? At Pop, I had a hard time finding a place to put four sets of wet clothes to dry and it will be even worse in July as my DH will be with us as well! A couple of times we resorted to putting our stuff in the laundry room dryer - but that was expensive and inconvenient. I hung as much as I could on the bathroom line, but it wasn't enough space (and inconvenient for showering!) so I had to hang them in the closet area with a towel underneath to catch any drips. Am I missing something easy?! I know in the overall scheme of things this is such a trivial problem!

I use the clothesline in the shower.

I've never once had a trip to WDW and not had to put a damp bathing suit back on no matter where it was hung

I use the clothesline in the shower, and drape the trunks(boys) over the side of the tub. Be sure to put a towel on the floor for drips. we also pack more than 1 suit that way one can be drying while we are wearing another one.
Guess there is always the rail outside your room too.....if you are not ground floor.....

It may seem contrarian. If you are running the AC put them on a chair in front of it. The dry air from the AC will remove the moisture in the quickest manner.

Have you tried running the bathroom clothesline through the leg holes of the suits? That seems to speed up the drying process!

Ditto the clothespins. Also before you hang them or drape them anywhere lay a towel out flat, put the bathing suit flat on top and roll it up and squish it all up. A lot of the water will get absorbed and it will be a tad dryer!

Also, ditto on bringing 2 suits!

use the clothes line in the tub, then use the shower curtain rod.

bathing suites are lighter and easier to dry - do you mean or do you mean actual clothes.

I use the clothes line over the tub as well but never have enough room for everyone's suits. So...I now bring 2 tiered hangers. I think it has like 4 bars and 8 clips?? on it. We switch off with 2 sets of suits so we don't have to wear wet suits--ICKY

Just one more excuse to go for a DVC 1 or 2 bedroom villa You have a washer and dryer. One year we got caught in a torrential downpour and headed back to the room. Everything totally soaked through including tennis shoes. Took everything off and washed and dryed them in no time.

Packing 2 swimsuits for all of us going and going to wring the used one out, then hang it over the shower curtian bar to dry.

I really hope you are joking. People think the decorated windows look bad, I can just see wet bathing suits hanging off of all the rails....

I put my suit on the chairs on my balcony and put one piece on each chair, flipping them about an hour later....dry in less than 2 hours, esp if you are facing the sunny side...
Not sure how that looks bad? noone can see them, they are on the seat part.

I agree with most here, bring two suits and hand one over the line. And Take them down when you are going to shower.

And PP, yest there are clothes lines in all the bathrooms (as far as I know)

definately bring more than one suit.
wring the bathing suits out in a towel.
use the clothesline in the shower.
bring clothespins.
use the hangers from the closet area, (they have the clips for bottoms on them) hang the bathing suits on them, hang the hanger on the clothesline in the shower and use the clothespins on either side of the hanger to keep them from sliding all to the middle of the clothesline.

We pack 2 suits! And use the clothes line in bath. if more room is needed we use the shower rod. When we stay in Deluxe we use chairs on balcony, but I'd never use the railing outside of room in mod or value to hang bathing suits, or anything else. It's a public area.

We bring two suits each. Gives one ample time to dry while you are using the other one. One thing we have done is take the towels off of the wall rack (so long as it is on one of those multiple bar racks) and use that to hang our bathing suits on. I stack the towels up on the counter or back of the toilet. Every once in a while, I turn the hair dryer onto the wettest parts to speed up the drying.

We brought 2 suits (maybe more) each, and used the bathroom line.

I considered chairs on the balcony but didn't have any pegs and had a vision of a giraffe ending up chewing on my bikini.
