We found a rate of $68.90 for a efficiency villa and i am wondering if any one has stayed there. There is no mention of a timeshare presentaion.

Please give me feed back about staying here?

We're staying a Westgate Lakes in June. We were going to get an efficiency, but now more of us are going and we're getting the 3 bedroom 3 bath for $674 for the 7 days we're there. We are interval international members because we own in Cancun. This is considered a getaway package for us. I explored the board before I booked by putting Westgate Lakes under search. There were just a few messages. One said the efficiency was small. I thought one king size bed, a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a small kitchenette area, and a 52 inch TV sounded better than the Allstar we stayed at last time, where the rooms were pretty small. I think there is a timeshare presentation if you want to get free Disney tickets. It lasts 4 hours though and they say it will only last 45 minutes. Not worth it to me. They say just say no from the beginning. Sometimes they'll keep calling you and sometimes they won't. Just be persistent. The grounds sound pretty good too. 7 heated pools and 2 by the lake. I hope this helps. I also found out info about the resort on HotelKingdom.com It has more pictures and the such. Let me know if you have any more questions and I'll try to check the boards. I'll definitely know more after we get back in June.

We've exchanged in to Westgate 2 times through Interval International. Both times we did have to go to a breakfast to "talk" about our villa. It was a timeshare presentation. I think when you exchange in you have to go to this. DH and I listened to them, and very firmly, but nicely, said no. We did inform them of what we paid for our 5 star resort in Puerto Vallarta. Then all of the sudden the mgr had some "repo's" he wanted to sell us. So, if you do go to the presentation and decide to buy, I would ask about these. Have Fun!

and we have always been happy. We exchange our week often, so we hardly ever stay in the actual condo we own.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We own a 4 bedroom, which is a combination of a two bedroom, and a one bedroom and an efficiency, so we have pretty much seen all the units as far as size is concerned.

We stayed at Westgate Lakes in January. The studio is small. There's no stove, tiny frig, small sink, no dishwasher nor washer/dryer. The bed is a King, the whirlpool was in the bedroom/living area so there's no privacy (especially when the blinds don't fully close. The shower is big (had to say one good thing). You are going to be much better off in the 2 bedroom - you get everything that the studio doesn't have. Just make sure you ask for a newer building - ours was very run down. The timeshare presentation was very long, and when we declined, they keep sending in the "closers" offering repos and "for today only, we'll take off..." - very frustrating. The models they took us to were nicer than the room we were staying
