I have used UCT for all of our DLR tickets the last several years without a problem. They send the barcodes almost instantly, and then I upload them easily into the app.
I will copy and paste the UCT return/refund policy here, as there are some caveats to the refund policy that are important to me personally, and I took the liberty of highlighting them (your priorities may vary), just to point out that the tickets are not completely refundable, and are not refundable in all cases or for an unlimited amount of time.
