Western Way

Does anyone know if this exit into WDW is open? We are coming from Indiana and want to avoid I-4, absolutely hate that highway when we are pulling our fifth wheel. Thanks.

Yes...The Western Way is now open. I look forward to using it this summer myself....

We have used Hiway 535 the last two times we went to FW which comes off the Turnpike and directly to FW by way of Vista Blvd. We just got back from Fw and the area of 192 & 429 which I believes connects to Western way was closed for 3 days due to wildfires.

I used the Western Way last month. Very little traffic, one toll booth, and you come in between Coronado Springs and Blizzard Beach. I might try the Hwy 535 route next time which may be a more direct way to Fort Wilderness but Western Way definitely, DEFINITELY beats the ol' Turnpike/I-4 combo.
