Western Shore Excursions

Hello All, I am going on the Disney Wonder Sept 13 - Sept 20 with my husband and 5 year son. I was wondering if anyone may recommend a good shore excursion. We are looking into the semi submarine in Grand Cayman. Any ideas, thoughts, comments, etc???? Thank you Traci
