Captain's Gala Dinner is on Thursday....That confused me at first, as I thought logically it would be on the more formal night....

Yes, they are your 'At Sea' day which is much easier in my opinion, If you were to go on the eastern, one is an Island day so some are jsut too exausted to dress up for dinner
