Western Excursions - Advice Needed

Looking for advice on excursions to go on and those to miss. We will be cruising with DS 15 and DD 10. They both like the water and are used to physical activities.

We did the Dolphin encounter in Cozumel. If you have never done anything similar it was fun for the whole family. You can also book a Dolphin swim on your own through Dolphin Discovery.

The Fury Catamaran Sail/Snorkle/Beach was OUTSTANDING. We had such a great time, the crew was amazing, the catamaran was big and clean and fun, and it was an all around great day for us. I'd do it again in a second.

Snorkeling or kayaking in Key West.
Sting Ray City or snorkeling in Grand Cayman
Cozumel we went to the beach on our own, but there is supposed to be some great snorkeling around Cozumel

Have a great trip. It's a lot of fun.

Thanks everyone for the information. Just sat down with family to decide on excursions. DH is even starting to get excited now.
