i know this subject is constantly brought up, i'm sorry; but i'm so undecided. I just did a search and read a couple posts that basically said "don't stress -- any rotation is fine" but i'm an obsessive planner (more than a year away and i'm already lost in thought in my dining rotation)
anyhow - here are my confusing thoughts:
* our party consists of my family DH, myself and DD ages at cruise time will be 13 and almost 9, and my parents (55ish)
* I maybe want APLAPLA to be in Lumiere's for formal nights and thanksgiving dinner, which is also my dad's birthday
* my DH and oldest DD want to be in AP for formal night
* why does DCL put families with younger children in the more "elegant" themed rest. for formals? I would assume they'd put the adult-type groups there? is that just me?
* i just read that more babies/toddlers cruise during school year putting the APL rotation with a higher ratio of young'uns. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE little ones, but my mom and I agree that we would rather not compete with crying, etc. during our dining experience
* PALO??? we booked REAS so i'm thinking PALO early in the week while I can completely appreciate the divine dinner before sensory overwhelmation occurs with all the fabulous food! Palo on the first night (kids go to clubs anyhow) and I don't mind missing a variety show. So then PLAPLAP??? and then brunch on last sea day
* I saw Hercules, Golden Mickeys and Disney Dreams on our 4 day so I'm not worried about seeing all of them; probably one for sure either GM or DD and there will be matinees I know. My DDs definately want to go to WWTBAM.
* Since we are going to CC instead of Key West
teeth:
) will the itinerary for the day be simliar to the KW navigators online; as far as shows, activities, etc
*what about the changes on Magic I keep reading; is formal night(s) changing anyhow!
i know I should just table this until next spring! i think I need some kind of plan in my notes until then to rest easy! i know you all understand! Thanks so much for ANY input and suggestions!
