I read Viv's report and had only a few things to add.

We stayed at the Radisson the night before. We hit a really cool crab house called Crab Heaven, it was awesome 27.00 all you can eat dungess and blue crab, shrip and fish with sides.
My 4 year old daughter loved it. She loved the crab and clam chowder.

Sat morning we were up bright and early. We were 3rd on the boat. We traveled with 6 adults, a 3 yr old boy and 4 yr old girl.

We got all our spa and Palo reservations.

We all had the time of our lives.

Our servers were Orlan and Gabriella and Head waiter John from Scotland. They were all awesome.

added notes.

We went on the glass bottom boats in key west. None of our party enjoyed it. It could have been the choppy seas. No clue but didn't see much. We did the Conch train and loved it.

Things we loved Tea with Wendy go get in line first thing to get tickets. We also loved Captain Marvin's stingrey adventure. I heard later there were tons of people on the more expensive disney stingrey city tour and tons of crying children. Our daughter was tenative and loved it. It was our group and that was it. No other crying children to set mine off.

I loved shopping in Couzmel for jewelry. Grand Cayman was more. My husband bought me a today tomorrow and yesterday ring and we saved over 1200.

I thought the dolphin encounter was interesting. However, I felt it was difficult to stand in the dolphin pin with the waves and the age limit should have been higher.

I totally loved the cruise. Thanks to the boards I was prepared.

One side comment was the shuddle back to the Radisson. It was horribly disorganized. We won't do that again and a horrible wait with people cutting and fighting.

Thanks for your report. We also had heard that one of the excursions had encountered a problem and that everyone had to chip in to continue to proceed to another similar excursion..I was wondering if Disney reimbursed those poor souls.

Sounds like you all had a great time!!!

We had DCL transfers but last moment changes we decided to go a day ahead..and we rented an Avis car. We took the AVis shuttle there and no problesm ..we were hoping to do the Avis shuttle both ways next year but your report sounds a bit discouraging with people fighting etc...

We will definetly do teh Conch train tour next year everyone has positive things to say.

I do have one question for you..how scary are the Stingrays? It sounds really awesomew..but at the same time I do not want to traumatize our son...he has a REALLY active imagination and we never know what can cause fear in him:)

We will definetly try the restaurant you had gone to sounds great!

The 4/26 cruise was GREAT! Someday I'll get around to a trip report.
Re: Radisson, and Avis Shuttles
OMG! I really thought their were going to be fist fights! We were in such a good mood after a wonderful week, we couldn't believe the attitude of some people in the shuttle area. We found the return shuttle tent very disorganized. Hopefully, it'll be better next year. Other than the shuttle, the cruise was wonderful.

I couldn't believe when the family of four cut in front of the whole line including a lady with a baby who had been standing in the sun for 30 minutes. It was nuts.

The stingreys weren't scary at all the way we handled it. We were with a very small group. My daughter was intially very curious and said she couldn't wait. My cousin started talking about how scary it was for little children according to reports she had heard, my dd over head and decided not to do it. We told her Faith, let's go check it out and see if we like it. If not we will get back on the boat. It was just my sister, dh, dd and myself with the boat captain and video guy. It was perfect. I could totally see how it would be awlful in a large group. My cousin said she head on the bus to wdw that on the disney excursion all kinds of kids were crying and one almost drowned who was 9.

I loved Captain Marvin's no way would I go through Disney.

We did the Disney Stringray swim. We didn't have any crying or drowning children. And ... had an awsome time with the sting rays... quite an experience!!! I really would like to go back and do Capt. Marvins. The only complaint I have with the Disney excursion was... our bus was late getting back, and we had to really hussle to get to the pier to get to the tender.... and the other bus had dropped off their bus load at the pier. I guess we were blessed with the singing driver!!!
In Key West we did the Conch Trail tour... we had the crying grumppy child behind us..and boy was I glad when they did not get back on after the pee break.... I really wanted to say some thing to the parents... but decided not to be the poop... but the grumpy child really made the beginning of the ride rough.
We didn't get to do as much in KW as we had wanted...the down pour did us in...but the quick bar stop was some thing.... (Bull's)
We really had a wonderful time again.. and once again..rebooked for Jan 24 of next year.... any one else going...???
