Hey....that reminds me. We had a bottle at dinner one night and didn't finish it, they saved it for us but we never got it back (well, never asked for it either)! AND the night we opened it was a night you weren't at dinner, because I was going to send a glass over to you.

We are with you Deborah....cold and rainy I want the weather from Castaway Cay back!!!!!!

The girls go to school until June 20th, they are the last district in the area to get out....so, I have 6.5 more days of school to figure out what I am going to do with them, LOL! They have rejected every summer camp idea I had....so I guess they get to hang out at the office with mom....

I think maybe a camp in San Jose or San Deigo is in order you know that Molly/Wilson or Ryan/Drew camp???

The weather here is weird this year. It was 90 one day and 65 the next and now it is cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon. It is suppose to be 90 today so that will be good.

Brooke just told me she was bored. We usually take a vacation right now for my birthday and Father's Day but we didn't this year and now I'm sad we didn't. I need to get this cruise out of my head! I will take the kids to the beach next week and today I thought we would stay in our pjs.

what are your plans for bday? Anything good??? or just being pampered all day by the kiddos and Jon?

10 weeks???!!! I feel for you.

Our summer vacation is 10 weeks too. For me it's always too short...we love laying around the house doing nothing or going to our friends pool for the day.

I know I'm usually funny and flippant, but Shalisa's dedication to these kids and music is really amazing. She is managing to transform the lives of these children through music. Imagine the talent that is being developed and the opportunity created for these kids.

Yes, this must all seem a bit out of character for me.

Hi everyone! I haven't been on here at all but things have been crazy!! Since we got back I have been to Michigan and now my mom is here for the summer. So all the talk about cleaning made me feel guilty . . . I had Merry Maids come and clean while I went to get my Mom!!! The house looks beautiful. Work has been crazy because we are getting ready to relocate to a different floor in the building - I'm losing my view of DL! I'm so sad about that. Anyway, I'm co-managing the move and it takes so much time. I'll try to get on here more often for sure!

Gaylean mentioned that she's trying to get the cruise out of her head . . . that is still all I talk about! It seems like every conversation ends up there. I loved every minute of it!!!

We haven't booked but we will be there for sure, either at the Grand Stay or the race car room or Disney room! I can't wait. I hear the fair will be there so that is an idea. If not, we can stay in and play skip-bo just like old times!

I would like to finish getting the "public" areas of my house (dining/living rooms & kitchen) back to the "can be seen by others" stage

THEN---maybe I'll be able to tackle my bedroom

I think we already had a weekend like that but it was more like 17 days Now to clean up after it!

I somehow missed this before, but this is a great idea! Since I should get an extra day of freedom this weekend, I think I might try to start doing something similar. I need to start with my kitchen because there's too much stuff that falls out when I open a cupboard door. Mostly too many plastic reusable containers & cups that have accumulated.

Jon takes mine to work and never brings them back I guess it is good that they don't fall out all the time. I started saving the butter bowls for his work!

There does not appear to be a section for general questions any more.

There are Trip Reports and Cruise Meets.

I remember going on the forum and finding quesitons people had about the ships, shows, etc.

Is the General Questions section gone?

Am I missing something?

It's been to sunny up here and I have 2 days of sitting in the sun at graduations to look forward too!. Funny about brooke, this morning my daughter asked when she could start sleeping in...I said in 2 more days!

Oh she wants to sleep in too. Right when she wakes up she wants to go to her friends house or swimming or to the beach.

That's exactly what my plans are for this weekend! The public areas were a mess before we left, because too busy preparing for the trip, and their still a mess!
But there's all these other things that I'd rather do:
-because of Ian, I had to go buy the WiiFit (it was the hula-hoop part that got me excited) so of course I have to make time to use it.
-must email Ian the pictures of menus from WDW (totally forgot to do it last night, too busy watching So You Think You Can Dance)
-I still have the last episode of Lost to watch (hopefully will do that tonight)
-have to read through people's trip reports - I love reading them, admire people for doing it.

And its time to get the resume ready for another job. I hate looking for a new job, but I'm tired of what I'm doing and hate DH working in different town, so must persevere and find a job.

Read through almost all posts and got caught up again. Skipped all the posts about Lost, will have to go back and read them after I watch the show.

to all who are having tough times. Its scary how many people are/have been sick after cruising, even with all the hand washing.

That sounds like a busy weekend. I think most of us are having trouble getting back into the swing of things and getting the living room back into the shape it was 2 months before the cruise!

I knew there was something about you that really clicked with me and it's the fact that you watch SYTYCD....I love that show and of course feel that there is a closet perfect dancer somewhere deep inside of me!

I saw it a few times on the cruise, it WAS perfect!
