It is a ceremony traditionally on NewYear's I think and the revolutions signify the calendar. Sorry I don't remember more and Darrell has gone to bed already. (I asked him earlier for the info I have).

We saw them in Tulum on our last cruise.

My friend came over last night and laughed at the chocolate mess on the front of Wilson's white tux (yes Mickey Bar) I just haven't got the heart to take it to the cleaners yet, I kinda like seeing it. ok and I'm lazy

when did that happen? didn't he eat with us that night? I don't remember him leaving with chocolate?!

we should have a conference call for the kiddos. Let's email next week so we can set up a day and time, I know Molly would love to talk with Jaide and Ryan.

Went and saw "What Happens In Vegas", it was cute and a little better than I actually expected (it was group vote for the movie). STILL haven't seen Ironman, Indy or Sex In the City yet. I guess I'll just have to save those for 'chore avoidance' next weekend!

Went and saw "What Happens In Vegas", it was cute and a little better than I actually expected (it was group vote for the movie). STILL haven't seen Ironman, Indy or Sex In the City yet. I guess I'll just have to save those for 'chore avoidance' next weekend!

Well we are back from DLand and dinner with Gaylean and Jon.

We had a great day. The park was not to crowded and dinner was great.

We did get to ride in the Lilly Belle and I just wanted to share some pics before I call it a day.

Just a few from our day in Aca....we had Hector "the protector" drive us around for the day and had a blast....he did take us to that one hotel (the Flamingo?) and we all experienced the Coco Loco (which wasn't very good.....Scott and I had to finish it for everyone else because they didn't like it!
The kids all ordered sodas, although apparently Taylor ordered a margarita! She was thinking a virgin one, but the waiter had to tell me she was too young!

Lisa's drink was attacking her.......so the pic didn't come out!

Great pics!!! As a non DL person...is it difficult to get to ride on the Lilly Belle or can most guests get a chance if they want? Glad you had fun with Gaylean and Jon.

Well, I just remembered I am giving a talk on Thurs night...and I need to have a powerpoint presentation done for it So, I think I had better start working on that instead of walking down memory lane.....but is so much more fun to remember the cruise than to do a powerpoint on digestion and which vitamins are absorbed the best!

Thanks to LisaG520 who among others posted how to get on. You just have to ask! If they have an extra conductor that particular time the train pulls in they will let you on. I guess there has to be a conductor in the car probably so no one breaks anything. You can only get on at Main Street Station and you have to stay on for the full circle trip. Very cool ride. At each station people just have this strange look on their faces as the car goes by and they see only a couple of people in inside! Too funny!

Hi Lisa. We shared with a lady and her two daughters. They couldnt find a seat on the train and a cm was about to open the gate and put them back in line. She sorta looked at us and then them and we sorta made the come on down gesture so the cm told them to hurry and follow us. They thought we had gotten them on and kept thanking us. We had to tell them it was a special car and that it had a name . They really thought they were special after that! after the cm heard US telling them about the car then he finally started talking about the history of the car and the railroad etc! I had to tell the lady to stop smiling!LOL

I can't believe with ALL the pics I have, I feel like I am missing so many! I have been looking at everyone's pics and realize how much I have missed! It is nice to have had so many "eyes" on the same trip so that the scrapbooks can be complete. Thanks to everyone for sharing.

We were out walking around trying to find a geocache and we saw Goofy on a bike. We went out to where he was, but he was long gone. Glad to see I wasn't imagining it!

It is lovely holidaying with no children, but the downside is we are a lot older!!!

Yup, they came through, with tornadoes. We were on our way home from the movie, completely oblivious, but I saw the black sky off to the Southwest. I was going to stop and shop for new shoes for Tyler on the way home, but the sky looked so bad, I just wanted to get home because the storms yesterday and the day before did so much damage, I was worried about more of the same. Indeed, more of the same came. We got about 1/2 mile from home and as I was watching straight ahead, I was trying to figure out what the black mass was moving super fast across the sky in front of me was. DUH! Then we were in my driveway, hearing the tornado sirens. By the time we got in the house it was already past because we watched it go by on our way home. WOW!

Oooh Holly, what a bad 3 days you have had with the weather.

OK, this is about 9 houses down from us and happened last night:

The whole city looks like that all over. Every street you drive down or look down while driving past has either a large tree completely uprooted or smaller ones thrown around. Unbelievable. BUT....I still haven't seen any damage to houses or other buildings in town, so that's even more amazing!

This is the Wonder as we passed her on our way to CC the first night. I think it was around 11pm or so. It is so blurry because I zoomed in on the pic as much as I could to try and get some details.
