Hi Angie.....I'm a little tired because we took the red eye back last night and didn't get a whole lot of sleep. But I'm going through my pictures and reminicing about my trip and I'm happy about it all.....such a great trip, such great memories.

How are you, now that you're home?

Ian, As a member I like knowing our leaders deal with the same issues. To lead well is to lead by example. I found out when I went to my friday meeting that my leader, who has been on leave, will not be coming back. I really connected with this woman, so I'm hoping that this change is an easy one to get throught. A connection is important. I really feel like she cared how I did.

Venetia - thank you so much for the encouragement. My members appreciated it too.

You know, something that I always tell my members is to make sure that special things are special.

You know, I can accept the fact that I gained weight. If I ask myself, "Was it worth it?" I can honestly say, "yes". I had a fantastic time.

The real key, as I told my members is to move on and not continue to eat as if I am on a cruise.

(That won't be too hard. It's been 7 nights, and Sukie has still not made a single towel animal, or left a chocolate on my pillow.)

Deb, this is how I feel too It was so nice to meet you and John and everyone else. I will never forget this experience, first cruise for me and what a wonderful one ! Thank you everyone for making it so memorable

Yes, I`m so pumped about Tortola! I know it`s over a year away, but so was this last cruise when most of us booked! Oh, not booked for the 2nd week...not yet you say!You NEED to book a B2B One week will NOT be long enough!

I`m so envious of your time in LA. So glad you had a good time though

I gained 8 lbs and enjoyed every minute of it
One week later, have lost 3, so 5 lbs to go. Well, I`ve certainly moved on, lean cuisine just doesn`t compare with the cruise menu though
