West Jet web check in

HI For those who fly with West Jet , along with <2 yrs old kid , i have some questions

1. I gonna hand carry 5 cans of milk (liquid format) into the plane, is that allowed?

2 When you do web check in on West Jet website, do you check in toddler info as well ?
