WJ and AC have there flights on sale 50% off in Canada and the U.S when booked by Dec 22. Travel must be finished by Nov. 2009.

Just booked AC direct for 7 people for our trip in August. It worked out to be just over 400 cdn a person. Not bad considering they now let you check 2 bags a person. The best I could do out of buffalo was 350u.s direct on jet blue with only 1 checked bag.
:cool1: :cool1:

thanks for pointing this out.

This would almost break even for my family of 4 after working in the crappy canadian doller, gas, and hotel room. I would hate to buy tickets befor SWA posts there flights for next aug. Blah, what to do?

Yeah...I thought of that but we would have had to drive and park 2 cars. In order to break even SWA tickets would have to be under 200u.s p/p round trip. I paid more than that this past August when we flew them so I was doubtful that they would be that low this year.
I would prefer to fly out of buffalo but it will be nice to fly direct both ways and only be 20min from home!!:thumbsup2 Family will also be able to drop off and pick us up so parking will not be an issue:cool1:

We're going down in August/September and I"m debating buying the tickets right now. Does anyone think they may get cheaper in the future?

Last August A/C had another seat sale to the U.S but I had already bought tickets on SWA. If I remember correctly it was 129cdn each way. So only slightly less expensive than they are know. If I could play with the days I had off then I might wait but my vacation days are not flexible so I did not want to wait and find out that I had messed up.:rotfl:

Thanks for the heads up ... DH has a conference in Indianapolis in March and with the 50% off from A/C (actually the flight is United Express), I can go along too :thumbsup2

ya, It is such a great deal, but I am booked Aug 18th to 26th right now. In the event Disney puts out a good deal (Free dining) I want to be able to push it back a week. Still got a week to decide, got some thinking to do.

Yeah...I have a pretty good hunch that free dining will be offered again. We booked the free dining bounceback offer when we were there this past August. It starts August 23rd and runs through the end of Sept. So I cannot see why they would not open that offer to the general public like they have the past few years.:thumbsup2

You are aware that on a United flight you have to pay the baggage fees:thumbsup2

OOOOh! Thanks! Our trip is pretty set in stone as its for my Birthday on August 13. It's a bonus that it is my first time in the World. We are going to check and see what availability is tomorrow. Flying out of my town is actually cheaper than Driving to Detroit, staying in a hotel and getting a flight there!

Thanks for the heads up! We are officially booking on Monday! Squeee! :yay:

Flight times for us out West are terrible. Start early or later and still can't get to Orlando until almost midnight. There isn't an earlier arrival time to Orlando.

Still think it's better to fly out of Seattle. Hopefully our dollar will go up after the new year so we can think about booking our flights.

I just checked the price and with the taxes the price would still be close to the price of flying out of Seattle direct to Orlando. The times are better out of Seattle also and sorry but I would rather pay the extra $100 for a direct flight with much better times and not loosing another day with late flights.

Is there a code that you need to put in?

When I checked it was $4,600.00 from Toronto. I know it's March break (Marchh 11-21), but holy cow.

Southwest is $2,100.00 from Buffalo.

Ok...I need some thoughts from the experts on this...

I did not think I would be considering booking flights this far out, but the pricing for the seat sale seems pretty good.

Going to WDW September 18-27, hopefully for FD in Family Suite at ASMu. We are booked and confirmed for the stay.

Two direct flights with Air Canada pricing is $404 CDN per person for the 6 of us...how good is that? It feels pretty good!

I always thought we would go from Buffalo, but I would have thought $300 pp would be great from there..which nets our closer to $360 with the deflated exchange rate these days..plus the hassle of driving to Buffalo.

Thoughts? Quick thoughts ;)

Thanks,
