Were your kids born before, after or on their due dates?

#1 DS- 10 days late (7lb 12oz)
#2 DD- 14 days late (8lb 10oz)
#3 DD- 3 days late (8lb 7oz)

DS #1 -2 weeks late - now 33 and still late for everything 9lb2oz
DS #2 -1 week late - 8lb1oz
DS #3 -1 day early - unfortunately takes after DS #1 7lb13oz
DD - 1 week early 6lb15oz

DD1 was 7 days late and 3 days before scheduled induction (8lbs, 6oz). She still has a mind of her own!

DD2 was induced the day before her due date (8lbs, 1oz). I think she would have gone on her own within a couple of days if I hadn't induced.

So, I think I'm really lucky that none of my kids were born on time....they would have been huge....

Oldest dd was born at 38 weeks, because I was induced due to high blood pressure. She was originally due Oct 25 and was born on Oct 12.

Youngest dd was due on Feb 13 and I was determined to have her on Feb 14. (No blood pressure problems this time) Went to the doctor on Feb 13 and he said I was not ready and would not induce me. UGH! So, I showed him and went home that evening and went into labor around 10:30pm. My "little" 10 lb 3oz Valentine was born at 8:26 am February 14. She has been my love bug ever since.

Went into labor 2 months early with DD. They stopped it - which was absolutely horrific, I've heard of the horrors of inducing, well stopping is no picnic either.

So while on labor stopping drugs, I still ended up having her a month early.

DS was born at 35w 6d. I had went to the doctor on a Monday, she said everything looked fine, I was 2cm, and she still planned on inducing me in two weeks (I had high blood pressure). Well, on that wednesday, we received a surprise when I got up at 6am and my water had broke! DH and I thought we had two more weeks to prepare!! Next time I'll pack my bags REALLY early!

DS was 6lbs 7oz...Dr said I'm luck he came early, otherwise he would have been huge!

DS was 8 days late. He was due on August 25th, I was induced on Sept 1 and STILL didnt have him til Sept 2. He just didnt want to be born he was 9lbs 3oz.

Both of my kids were late. The interesting thing was both were due on "holidays" - DS #1 due on April Fools Day (was determined NOT to have him on that day!) and DS #2 due on Christmas Eve (ditto!). I ended up having DS #1 on Good Friday, which was April 14 that year; and DS #2 on December 31, New Year's Eve -- so both ended up being born on holidays, just not the holidays that were predicted.

Everyone said with twins you'll go early so I packed my bags early - they were 2 days over due. Talk about HUGE and sick of being pregnant!!!

My daughter was actually born on her due date, because I was induced. I had a horrible cold that was 2 weeks into the running, and I couldn't take medication for it...it actually got her high while I was pregnant! She was also induced because my ex was getting ready to leave for a convention, and wanted to be there when she was born....

DD was 14 days late and DS was 14 days early. She was born at 8:05 in the morning and he was at 3:05 in the afternoon.

She was 1#15.5oz, 13.5".
She spend 8.5 weeks in NICU coming home at 3#15 oz.

From day one I said DD's due date was August 17th (my midwives said the 19th.) My water broke about 2:15 am on the 17th as I was crawling back into bed from my nightly trip to the bathroom.

Avery was born at 3pm on the dot. I only had 7 hours of hard labor including 1 hour of pushing. Which, I was told, was great for a first baby.

My dd was 2 days early (but by my calculations, she was right on time). My ds had to be induced because of fetal distress. He was almost 3 weeks early. He was considered a premie because of his gestational age. An 8 pound 12 ounce premie.

My DD was due on the 5th of May (Cinco de May) and was born on the 1st.

I went into the hospital at 4:00pm with labor pains and she was born @ 8:29 PM with little or no major hard labor and 2 pushes!

God I love that child!
