How frustrating! Is it just my phone or what?

I can not seem to get through to disney dining!

I had to switch around my ressies today and I kept getting the same message. I just kept hitting the redial until I was able to get through. Just be patient, you will get through . Whatever you do, try not to call at the 7pm hour because that is when they are the busiest.

Ticketing was like that all morning. I think right now they are bombed on all circuits with everything going on this year.

When I called yesterday, it said that, but it also kept ringing and finally answered.

Same situation for me. Finally got through but have now been on hold 20 minutes.

Did Disney lay off reservations agents or something?

I called DVC for something this morning and their recording said dining ressies were unavailable due to the system being down today. If this would have been my ADR day I would have come unglued. As it was, I was on hold more than 15 minutes to check one thing.

I tried calling earlier today and received the msg and hung up. Did same thing a few minutes ago. Redialed and stayed on instead of hanging up and it put me through even though it stated all circuits were busy.

I received this message the first time I called and was able to get through around 6:30. Made my final ADR for the seating time I wanted so was definitely worth the extra try. Good luck everyone!
