We're in the process of buying???

We have put our deposit down and are waiting for our packet to be delivered. They said we would get 200 points for immediate use then be credited another 200 points in August. Is there a specific date that the points are credited? We are planning a vacation the last 2 weeks of Aug 2007 and now I fear that we will need to use the points given now before August 2007. Can we choose to have our points credited in September or do we need to plan an earlier trip or rent out our first 200 points? A lot of questions sorry for the ramblings.
