Best days end of october/early november

We will be staying in Tokyo from the 26th of october until the 06th of november. Initially I thought the days at the end would be the best time to visit the parks, because Halloween has ended and Christman has not started. But I recently saw, that monday the 3rd is a bank holiday and the crowd calander are bad for the whole week of november. When I check the crowd calander it seems, that tuesday 28th to friday 31th would be our best bet to visit the parks without too nasty crowds.
Can anybody tell me their experience about these dates? Should we shift our days from november to october or doesn't it matter at all?

Go during the Halloween event. There's the additional show to see and even if you're not interested in that, other people will be which means they're not in line for rides at that time. Halloween day is generally seen as one of the better days to go to the park because people are out doing other things or primarily interested in taking photos in their costumes rather than rides.

And they sure do love their costumes -many quite elaborate!!!
