Put in an offer on BLT. Know in my home as Bacon Lettuce and Tomato. I got a couple more plans if this one is not accepted. The main thing is we are comfortable with the Resort and the Use Year (we know what we want), but a little shy on the points I'd like to have. This is probably a good thing. We can always add.

Thanks to all who provided the reams of data I sorted through over the last 5 days.

Here's hoping it passes ROFR.
When we bought, DD kept moaning 'I don't want to stay in a sandwich!'
Now, of course, it's her happy home away from home.

Gotta get past the owner before ROFR. LOL I think I got a handle on this ROFR thing. It's gotta be mutually painful for all concerned. One that makes the buyer fat and happy may be in danger. I have other plans if this one is not accepted.

BLT, that's where we'll be, just gotta see, what the points will be, total up the fee, cuz ya know it ain't free, for you or for me, then we'll have key, to go see Mickee, and the big giant tree, and Downtown Disnee, and buy a Daiquiree, then we'll all go Whoopee, now I gotta go _ _ _ LOL. Looks like I have the points figured out better than where to post on the boards. LOL This is the second thread I had moved.

Our offer did not get past the owner so...we put in another offer that was pretty much the same. It got accepted in less than one hour. Gettin the paperwork in and such. This contract is for 200 points. I'd like to get another contract so we have 260 or a bit more. We're gonna take our time. Not sure if we're gonna buy at another resort or keep all the points at BLT.
