We're home from our first ever Disneyland vacation and it was amazing! We had a wonderful time and I give a lot of credit to the wonderful people of these boards who gave us so much wonderful advice and all the threads here to help us create a plan and survive a trip to disney during Spring break.
I felt very well prepared and didn't find the crowds to be terrible, I was expecting worse, but I think also we were armed with lots of information. We mostly waited no more then 10-15 mins tops for a ride, we did have a 35 mins. wait for Rapunzel, 30 for Tinkerbell, 35 for Nemo and 20 for Peter Pan (but that one was our fault) Otherwise the lines were great.
We got an upgrade on our room at Disneyland hotel, it was a renovated room with a deluxe view, so the first two nights we watched the fireworks from our room, then saw them in the parks on night three- amazing! Our last day we did WOC and thanks to these boards we knew what we were doing and where to go, dh decided at 6:30 to run back to the hotel quickly, I was not impressed, they let the crowds in while he was gone, but I watched certain places carefully and when he returned at 6:55 we got a spot on the bridge, which was a great view, and not too crowded we were able to sit right until teh show started. DD6 was in awe of the show, her favourite part of the trip!
Thanks again for all the help, it was a magical trip!

Just trying to figure out if we should stay here or try elsewhere. Any info is greatly appreciated!
